Our American White Oak Doors provide a timeless and traditional design. The natural finish and brown tones of the veneer create a warm ambience throughout enticing a cosy atmosphere for any setting. Our veneers are sourced from the Appalachian Mountains of North American. With its natural swirls, burls and crotch patterns it’s striking character really comes to life making it a perfect addition for any home. Our American White Oak doors are available in a wide range of styles and finishes that can be easily adapted to suit any interior.
The American White Oak Hollow Core Hospital Doors are manufactured using high quality FSC Certified Materials. The lightweight dufaylite core is constructed from recycled paper creating a honeycomb membrane.
Frame
The frame constructed of softwood stiles and rails, finalised with inset lock block each side to give the door a universal left or right handing.
Applications
The American White Oak Hollow Core Hospital Doors are designed for use with all 50mm aluminium demount-able partitioning systems and inside buildings that require an aesthetically pleasing visual solution.
Sizes
The White Oak Hollow Core Hospital Doors are available in stock sizes from 1981 x 838mm x 44mm.
Hospital Door sets are best matched pairs from stock. The slave leaf is cut down and re-lipped with exposed lippings to hinge edge.
Finishing Options
As with all our doors, customisation can be made to meet project requirements. Doors can be cut and re-lipped to different sizes on request to give greater flexibility and still maintain their durability and fire rating.
We would recommend that all special sizes are made to order through our bespoke service.
Pairs are available as a best match from stock but we would advise having these made bespoke for better visual match satisfaction, as all veneers are bespoke.
