Product Information

When Beech is steamed it leaves the veneer with a light pink to pinkie brown appearance or hue. In its raw state Beech has a pale creamy white appearance with a fine, even texture and once it is steamed the veneer takes on a darker pinkish hue almost salmon like in appearance. As a result of this colour change its now allows the beautiful natural appearance of this species to be accentuated. It’s warm and natural appearance with its clear colour and fine grain makes Beech one of the most used woods in Europe.
